At 82 kilometres (51 miles) long and 1,300 meters (4,300 feet) deep, the Tara River canyon is the longest canyon in Montenegro and second-deepest in the world, after the Grand Canyon. Tara canyon is protected within the range of Durmitor National Park and a tentative UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Preparation and breakfast take place at the rafting camp in Šćepan Polje. Once equipped with safety gear and suitable clothing, off-road vehicles will bring you to the starting point upriver.
The river rafting tour includes stops at scenic points of interest such as waterfalls and swimming holes. After your rafting adventure, enjoy late lunch at a local restaurant in Šćepan Polje. On the return journey to Kotor, take scenic stops and photo breaks along Piva River, Piva Lake, Lake Slano, and Boka Bay.

08:00–10:30 Drive from Kotor to a rafting camp in Šćepan Polje
10:30–12:00 Arrival at Šćepan Polje rafting camp, breakfast by the river, preparations for rafting (providing all the participants with life jackets, helmets, waterproof clothes and shoes)
12:00–12:30 Driving with off-road vehicles to the rafting starting point
12:30–16:00 Rafting down the most attractive rapids on the Tara River, with stops on the most appropriate and beautiful spots (waterfalls, swimming spots, etc.)
16:00–17:00 Arrival at Šćepan Polje, late lunch at a local restaurant
17:00–19:30 Drive to Kotor (with photo breaks along the way)
