GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR KOTOUR PROGRAMS (A BRAND OF KOTOUR Travel Agency Ltd.)
- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General terms and conditions of travel arrangements are a fundamental part of the booking agreement, concluded between Kotour Ltd. or other accredited agency and passengers, who are booking a certain travel arrangement. Once the interested passenger orders a certain travel arrangement from the agency, over the phone or by e-mail, it is considered that he has accepted the general terms and conditions. The booking that the passenger has made is obligatory and therefore it is only possible for the passenger to cancel their booking according to the general terms and conditions stated herein. The passenger is responsible for all the costs and consequences, which may or may not occur due to incorrect information they have provided at the time of booking.
- MAKING A BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
The passenger can book a travel arrangement at the Kotour Ltd. office in the old town Kotor, at any other accredited agency, or by e-mail. By making a booking, Kotour Ltd. and the passenger agree upon a travel agreement, which includes the information regarding the travel arrangement that the passenger has chosen or, in other cases, the travel agreement refers to the travel arrangement program, which consists of all the information regarding the chosen travel arrangement program. When making a booking, the passenger must provide all of the necessary information and personal documents that are required by the travel arrangement programs, and pay the amount of 100% of the total value of the travel arrangement unless otherwise stated in the travel arrangement program.

Prices are shown in Euros (EUR).
We accept major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). Credit card charges require certain information and will be processed only upon submission of a completed Kotour submission form. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation online.
Our Tour Prices usually include the private licensed tour guide and applicable entrance fees. Food and drinks are also included in some of the tours; please see tour descriptions for details.
Tour inclusions are listed on our web site… Additional beverages, incidentals, bathroom use, and anything else not specifically listed in the tour description are not included.
For every amendment after the booking has been made (upon filling in the booking form), if the amendment is possible at all, the Kotour Tour operator charges the passenger the amount of 10 EUR. The passenger has the right to cancel the booking. The cancellation of booking has to be made in writing. Should this occur, Kotour Ltd. reserves the right to claim from the passenger the costs that the agency has suffered due to the cancellation of the booking. The total costs depend on the date when the written booking cancellation was received. Unless stated differently in the travel arrangement, the following cancellation terms are to be considered as valid:
GROUP TOURS & ACTIVITIES:
- Cancellations received greater than 24 hours before tour commencement are fully refundable.
- Cancellations received within 24 hours of tour commencement are non-refundable.
- Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes.
PRIVATE TOURS & ACTIVITIES:
- Cancellations received greater than 72 hours before tour commencement are fully refundable.
- Cancellations received within 72 hours of tour commencement are non-refundable.
- All amendments made to private tours may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 20%.
LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS:
Late arrivals and no shows are non-refundable. This applies to any tour participant that fails to arrive or arrives after tour departure. Running late or can’t find your tour meeting point? Check your confirmation email for our emergency phone number.
The prices of the travel arrangements, unless differently stated in the program, include basic accident insurance. However, they do not include health and travel insurance, which means that passengers are responsible for taking care of their health and travel insurance. When travelling abroad, it is recommended to get health and travel insurance with global coverage.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected from individual customers is used solely for the purpose of conducting tours and shared only with authorized employees of the Company on a need-to-know basis. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure privacy and the best possible service to our customers.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of our services and products.
Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exist on all text, photos, images, icons, videos, and graphics relating to the Company's services and the full content of this website. This Company's name is a registered trademark of this Company in Montenegro. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Kotour content (inclusive of text, images, URLs, pricing information, etc.) in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Kotour.me content requires the prior written permission of our Company.
All the prices of Kotour Ltd. programs include value-added tax (VAT). By making a booking, every passenger gives Kotour d.o.o. their permission to use the photographs and videos made during travel (the photographs and videos could include every passenger) for promotional and commercial intentions. Kotour Ltd. does not take any responsibility for the behaviour of passengers and damage that passengers may cause during the travel. In the event of a dispute between Kotour Ltd. and the passenger, the legal procedure will be presided over by the court in Podgorica (Montenegro). Kotour Ltd. does not take responsibility for eventual errors in the promotional material (catalogues, leaflets, and websites). These general terms and conditions replace all the previously issued general terms and conditions.
